LONE CANADIAN BRENDAN HAUPTMAN POSTS TOP-15 RESULT IN JUNIOR LUGE WORLD CUP

Canada’s Brendan Hauptman was the lone soldier sliding in the Junior Luge World Cup in Oberhof, Germany. Hauptman, of Penticton, is part of the B.C. Sport initiative to recruit athletes within the province, and finished in 13th place. It was a tough day on the junior women’s side as both Andrea Peterson and Denae Delcourt failed to finish.
