CANADA'S ELITE LUGE ATHLETES HIT TRACK FOR CANADIAN LUGE CHAMPIONSHIPS
The Canadian Championship will be used as part of the national teams selection races to earn a spot on the 2007-08 World Cup team.
Olympic teammates and World Cup veterans, Regan Lauscher, of Red Deer, Alta., and Meaghan Simister, of Regina, will battle it out for the womens crown, while Calgarys Sam Edney looks to defend his mens national title. The Moffat brothers, Chris and Mike, will be in search of their second-straight Canadian doubles championship.
