Canadian Luge Association Holds Media Conference, January 27, to Kickoff World Junior Championships

Media AdvisoryCanada is set to field its strongest team ever at the World Junior Luge Championships this week, January 27 - February 1, 2004 at CODA's Canada Olympic Park in Calgary.

The Canadian Luge Association and CODA are pleased to invite you to a media conference on Tuesday, January 27, 2004 at 11 a.m. in the Ice House at Canada Olympic Park.

The national body will announce Canadian athletes that will be competing in the largest event on the junior luge calendar, and also showcase the Canadian luge development system, which has evolved into the strongest luge development program in the world.

MEDIA: Canadian athletes will be training on the Olympic Track following the media event. Development athletes will participate in a luge development clinic in the Ice House during the media conference.
